3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays beyond our control.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

10. Do you accept exchanges?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

12. Are sale items or gift cards returnable?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Clothnova is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid customs fees.
