At Clothnova, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility

- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@clothnova.shop.
We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
